About Me*updated 9/11/07*
I'm basically a dragon obsessed computer geek who does art and writting as a hobby. I graduated college with a BS in computer science, and I'm currently working as a Junor Developer at a US government contractor. I'm also a Catholic, the rare kind that actually practices his religion AND has studied it enough to have a good understanding of it. XD
What am I interested in?A lot of stuff, and I think you can guess a lot of it just by looking at my gallery. Computers, video games, dragons, and transformation mostly. For entertainment I alternate between video games, reading, surfing the internet, and drawing. So, if I'm not uploading art, I'm probably doing one of those other things.
Yep, I'm obsessed with dragons. I have pictures and little statues of them all around me, and I tend to mimic them just to see what peoples reactions are. My friends find it all quite amusing, lol. I would love to be one, but not at the cost of my current life or my humanity. I'm a human, and I won't let my fantasies get in the way of my life.
Speaking of my dragon obsession, you've probably seen my persona or dragonsona Matrix floating around on my pages. He's a light/fire dragonshifter character that I've come up with to represent myself with. He's a bit of an expression of who I am, but I don't think of myself *as* him.
What do I hate?I'm an opinionated person, so there are a lot of things that I don't like. The first is veggies. Ewww.
Anyway....you might want to think about skipping this part, lol. Well, maybe *hate* is too strong of a word, dislike is probably better...most of the time.
I hate people get their entertainment at the cost of others, and I hate how twisted network television has gotten.
One thing that really gets on my nerves are people who think that I should hide my beliefs in a closet and be "tolerant" of everyone's beliefs no matter what mine say about them. Let me put it this way, beliefs are worthless if you don't act on them, so I'm not going to let people tell me that I shouldn't "force my beliefs" on people. I am tolerant of people, I respect them for who they are and do my best to understand them. I give other religions the respect that they deserve, and I understand that there is a chance that I don't even believe in the right religion. However, if there are people going around doing something that I think is horribly wrong I'm going to say that it is wrong and put a stop to it. If you think that I'm being intolerant because I'm doing that, then in truth I think YOU are the one being intolerant. My beliefs say I should do something, and you are telling me I shouldn't follow them. You are just acting on your belief that there is no truth, and the funny thing is that you are contradicting yourself by acting on it!
A sure way to get on my nerves is to ask me to do things like requests and stories for free when I havent offered them. Sure, Ill give away a picture every once in a while for kiriban or something (I need to give something back to all my watchers for their support, lol), but I cant do that all the time. My art takes a long time, hours to do, and I dont draw that often. I greatly value each picture that I draw, and when people that I dont know start begging me to give away a unique part of my life away like that
.grr. Some people just dont understand the work that goes into this stuff, especially for a casual artist like me who doesn't draw every day. Oh sure, I believe in charity, but you aren't going to die from not getting your dragonsona drawn.
Who have I gotten inspiration from? All artists get inspiration from something, and I'm no exception. I've been starting to be iffy about associating myself with some of the artists on this list since at least one draws adult art and I'm trying to completely avoid that stuff, but I might as well be honest.

RaptonX was the first dragon tf artist whose art I stumbled into. I didn't even know that there was anyone else out there into transformation before I saw his site, and seeing his art had a lot to do with me wanting to learn to draw.

Neondragon's one of my favorate dragon artists, and her tutorials and art books almost single handedly gave me the push that I needed to really start drawing. Before that I had used some anime character art books, but I never really gained a feeling of having an identity as an artist from those.

I love PearlPhoenix's art and art style. She's been influencing me to be more realistic, and how shown me how good someone can get when they actually try like she has. Plus, her character Randy is awsome, he's a dragonshifter like matrix

But watch out...that Wii is a temptation to something disturbing...and is a reflection on your God-given masculinity. u.=.U
I actually meant that last sentence, particularly because I'm also Sonian as well as Catholic. XD

The march for life? never heard of it, but I can tell you that I completely agree with it already. I dont agree with Abortion in the slightest, but so as to not create a big controversy on here, im not going to post why, unless someone antagonizes me too.
Yea, I didn't think you would have heard of it since it is a US thing, it has been going on every year since the supreme court decision that legalized abortion.
